Beats will not be removed from the store after purchase. The beat will be marked sold in the event that someone purchases an exclusive license.

You will need to purchase a new lease to continue to stream and make sales.

When an exclusive license is purchased and someone holds a lease to that beat, the lease may continue to be used within the contract terms with no option of renewal.
